Home, Sweet Home!

Mike & I made it home very much thanks to Mere! We got scooped up at VA 60 in between Lexington & Buena Vista [pronounced "Bew-nah"]...can't judge those Virginians for not knowing Spanish. Haha! I can't even describe to you the immense joy in coming home. We're so happy to watch Melanie walk across that graduation stage at PC tomorrow AM -- and very much looking forward to getting on that cruise ship on Sunday. Trust me, it's a much needed break from the trail. I'll be the first to admit that the trail has been much tougher than I ever thought it could be. I mean c'mon..you're literally just walking. But, it's so much more than that. It's so mental -- so a break from the woods will be nice. (:
