Tuna 200 | 2015 

   Y'all. These people are super studs. We ran 29hrs 40 minutes (breaking 30 hours for the 1st time) thru the night with a healthy, strong team. I have no words to describe the shared experience that comes from doing something crazy-fun with a group of friends like this. Just grab your most bad-ass friends & get out and do something crazy together. You'll thank me later!!

We won the ultra - mixed division (6 man team / male + female) with a time of 29 hr 40 min! Run, monkeys, run!!


Mc's favorite memories from this run:
-the gorgeous scenery (cotton & soy bean fields forever)
-R2000 smoking anyone who tried to keep up with her
-giving Mikey a hard time about the old woman who passed him (she was at least 60)
-feeling BM3 squirm like crazy when I got the chance to rest btw (my) leg 3 & 4
-the many faces of Benji (thanks to Mikey's bizarre requests)
-12:30AM stretching led by Luka...hilarious
-Bennet having a cure-all for any & every ailment that came our way
-having a running buddy on my 5/8 leg (3rd in the middle of the night)--THANKS Bennet!
-encouraging texts from friends & family the ENTIRE race
-Renfrow family dubsmash videos
-listening to the boys on the two-way radios
-finishing the race 6 (wo)men strong
