We celebrated Solomon Mack's first birthday with a party in the park. Cake, ice cream, "monster poop," presents, friends & family made for the perfect celebration for our littlest guy.

i so loved cuddling this sweet boy over the weekend. he whimpered a little when i tried to hold him the first time, so i let him be and knew we'd get there. sure enough, he let me hold him and stared intently at my face, giving me sweet smiles now and then. what a precious little spirit.
