i am so thankful that our plumber and floor man came out to the house yesterday! we not only have freshly sanded 100 year old oak floors that are patiently waiting to soak up that new stain, we have a fully functional bathroom [now, fully functional and fully done are 2 different things..but it will be painted, stained and decorated next weekend!]
