Bun-less Hamburgers

Bun-less Hamburgers
Super simple, but so delicious!

Ingredients:
1 hamburger patty
3-4 slices bacon
Mushrooms
Onion
Peppers

Directions:
  1. Cook hamburger patty (I always do it on the stove)
  2. Cook bacon (I always do it in the microwave…1 minute per slice)
  3. Once hamburger is almost cooked, add onions, mushrooms, peppers (really any veggie) to the pan and let cook in the hamburger grease.

Mike & I ate our burgers with mustard (just check the ingredients – most mustards / spicy mustards are actually whole) and hot sauce (again, check the ingredients – Franks only has cayenne peppers, vinegar, water, salt and garlic powder).

We served these alongside cucumbers in balsamic vinegar, fruit, grilled veggies, or a small salad (with oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing).
